Host to Host ERP Integration (HEI) is a form of cooperation for online and real-time banking transactions directly from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used by KlikBCA Bisnis (KBB) customers who are corporate customers.

Important Information


Requirements and Procedures

  • Customers using HEI facilities must fill in and sign the KBB form and terms of KBB of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA).
  • Customers using HEI facilities are required to build network infrastructure to be able to use HEI facilities.
  • Customers using HEI facilities are required to build HEI systems based on the Technical Specification Document from BCA.

HEI Key Features

HEI provides features that can be selected to suit the preferences and needs of business customers to simplify online banking transactions.

Features for Financial Transactions  

  • Auto-Collection
    A feature to transfer funds from one or more debit accounts registered with KBB to be credited to one beneficiary account which can be a BCA account or another bank account.
  • Multi Auto-Transfer
    A feature to transfer funds from one or more debit accounts registered with KBB to be credited to one or more beneficiary accounts which can be a BCA account or another bank account or other bank accounts using upload files.
  • Multi Payroll
    A payroll feature in IDR currency from one or more debit accounts registered in KBB to be credited to one or more beneficiary accounts which can be a BCA account or other bank accounts.

Features for Non-Financial Transactions

  • File Transfer
    A customised non-financial file transfer feature between the Customer’s ERP using the HEI facility and BCA’s system through HEI.
  • HEI Transaction Authorization Workflow Notification
    Notification of workflow transactions that have been successfully processed, sent via email to the Approver/Releaser user as information on transaction authorization that must be done.
  • Bulk Account Statement Supporting Feature
    A supporting feature of the bulk account statement API in which the customer is requesting the statement files through the API and sending it via BCA Client or SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
  • MT940 Report Supporting Feature
    A report that presents account statement data in MT940 format.
  • Debit Card Business Supporting Feature
    A card service offered to business customers to facilitate customers in managing their financial activities, which includes cash inflow and outflow management, both within the company and to the value chain of the company in the form of rewards/loyalty to its partners/customers.
  • Special Support Features for Securities Company
    HEI Special features for securities companies that are tailored to support the business processes of securities companies consisting of:
    • RDN End of Day Balance Report
      A report containing end-of-day balance information on RDN registered in the Corporate ID KBB of a security company. Balance information is in the form of balance before deducting retained balance/minimum balance.
    • RDN Monthly Statement Report
      A report containing information on monthly transaction statements on RDN registered in the Corporate ID KBB of a security company, including information on interest, interest tax, corrections, and administration fees (if any).
    • Investor Balance Report
      A balance report on each RDN registered with a security company, formatted in accordance with KSEI standard provisions used by all securities companies cooperating with BCA.
    • Investor Statement Report
      A statement report on each RDN registered with a securities company, formatted in accordance with KSEI standard provisions used by all securities companies cooperating with BCA.

Benefits

Assisting HEI facility users who are Corporate Customers of KBB owners to be able to conduct banking transactions online and in real-time more effectively and efficiently from the ERP system in place.

Risks

  • Misuse of transactions that occur internally due to the system being connected to BCA.
  • Transactions are not processed if there are obstacles/problems, both on the Client and BCA side.

Additional Information

  • HEI is a cooperation facility for customers who own KKB.
  • The type of transaction that the KBB owner can do through the HEI facility is based on the type of transaction selected by KBB owner on the KBB form.
  • For the use of HEI facilities in KBB
    • KBB owner who uses the HEI facility must provide adequate facilities following the provisions set by BCA.
    • BCA will provide
      • BCA Client application including BCA Client Monitoring User ID and password, and Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) Security Key, and/or
      • BCA SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) application including SFTP User ID and password, and Security Key PGP
  • BCA reserves the right to change the benefits, costs, risks, and terms and conditions related to the transaction which will be notified to the Customer who owns KBB using the HEI facility in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • The bank is required to notify all changes to the benefits, costs, risks, terms and conditions of these Products and Services by mail or through any other means pursuant to the prevailing terms and conditions. Such notification will be made 30 days prior to the effective date.
  • To terminate the HEI cooperation, users of HEI facilities can submit a termination request to BCA by filling out the KlikBCA Bisnis Form.

Disclaimer (Important note)

  • The KBB customer is fully responsible for all consequences and losses arising in connection with the use of documents sent by the KBB customer from their own ERP system.
  • The KBB customer must ensure the availability of funds in the account used as the fund source for the transaction.
  • Every transaction instruction received by BCA from the ERP system of the KBB customer shall constitute a valid and correct instruction from the KBB customer and shall be binding and the full responsibility of the KBB customer. BCA has no obligation to examine or investigate the accuracy of such instructions received by BCA from the ERP system of the KBB customer.
  • BCA has the right not to process transaction instructions through the HEI facility at KBB, among others, if:
    • The instruction given by the Customer who owns KBB fail to meet the applicable transaction conditions at BCA which will be notified by BCA to the Customer who owns KBB.
    • Transaction instructions received by BCA exceed the time limit for sending transaction data and/or the maximum limit of data that can be processed.
  • The KBB customer fully guarantees the accuracy of the documents received by BCA from the ERP system of the KBB customer. BCA assumes no responsibility to examine or investigate the accuracy or authenticity of documents received by BCA the ERP system of the KBB customer.
  • Any misuse, interference, or damage that occurs to the Device and the installation of the BCA Client and BCA SFTP applications as evidenced by the minutes signed by BCA and KBB customer, is the sole responsibility of the KBB Customer. The KBB Customer hereby indemnifies BCA from all claims, lawsuits, and/or other legal actions from any party including from the KBB Customer in connection with this matter.
  • All losses arising from the failure to take security measures and maintain the Device are the sole responsibility of the KBB Customer.
  • The KBB owner must provide and guarantee the access required by BCA or the party appointed by BCA for maintaining the Device. All losses arising from the failure to implement security measures and maintenance of the Device are the sole responsibility of the Customer who owns the KBB.
  • The KBB Customer must provide and guarantee the access required by BCA or the party appointed by BCA for maintaining the Device.
  • Customers using HEI facilities on KBB are prohibited from:
    • Using the Device other than for conducting transactions through the HEI facility on KBB.
    • Making changes to settings, configurations, and any changes to the Device provided by BCA.
    • Undertaking or attempting to undertake decoding, hacking, cracking, virus penetration using software, shareware, freeware or creating fake/fraudulent applications that aim to interfere with or damage the Device.
    • Reproduce, imitate, copy, pirate, falsify the Device provided by BCA including but not limited to source code, manuals, operating systems, program languages, codes, schemes, or other forms.
  • In the event of misuse, interference, or damage to the ERP system of the KBB Customer, al consequences and losses arising in connection with this are the full responsibility of the KBB Customer.
  • For the use of the HEI facility on KBB, BCA has the right to charge a fee to the KBB Customer, the amount of which is in accordance with the applicable provisions at BCA and whose payment will be made by debiting the account of the KBB Customer at BCA.
  • KBB Customer must take all necessary actions to ensure that every transaction made through the HEI facility on KBB shall only be carry out by parties who are authorized to carry out said transaction.
  • The Customer has read, understood, and agreed to the HEI facility in accordance with the Product Summary.
  • This Summary only serves as a means of product and service information for prospective customers/customers and is not intended as a formal offer of a product and/or service.
  • Customers are required to read and understand the HEI facility.
  • Information included in the Product Summary is valid from the date of printing of the document until the new amendment related to HEI facilities in this Product Summary is made.
  • Customers are required to carefully read this Product Summary before agreeing to register for the HEI facility. Customers may rightly ask a Bank employee or call Halo BCA KBB Services at 1500777 for any inquiries or complaints related to the Product Summary.

HEI cooperation fees charged to customers using HEI facilities are determined based on analyses and calculations from BCA.
