All BCA EDC and QRIS Merchants who have registered with the BCA Merchant App can access the Merchant Care feature.

What is the “Tambah Toko” feature?

It is a feature where merchants can apply to add a new store/branch through the BCA Merchant App

What is the “Tambah Fasilitas” feature?

It is a feature where merchants can apply to add Dynamic QRIS, Credit, Flazz, or CMR for EDC machines through the BCA Merchant App

What is the “Tambah Mesin” feature?

It is a feature where merchants can apply to add a new EDC machine through the BCA Merchant App

Can I view EDC and QRIS transaction reports on the BCA Merchant App?

Yes, you can. EDC and QRIS transaction reports can be viewed and sent in the BCA Merchant App through the “Transaksi” menu

What if the QRIS Static transaction is not included in the Transaction Report menu?

  1. Please check your mobile connection, make sure it is connected to the internet.
  2. Please check on the “Lihat QR” menu, if you have been registered as a QRIS Static merchant at another bank/payment service provider, please check with the relevant bank/payment service provider.
