Requirements

  • Indonesian citizens
  • Permanent Employees with minimum 1 year employment at the same company or 2 years total employment
  • Professionals/entrepreneur with minimum 2 years employment at the same field
  • Minimum age 18 years or married
  • Maximum age of 65 years when the credit ends for Professionals/entrepreneur
  • Maximum age of 55 years when the credit ends for Permanent Employees
  • The applicant is obliged to cover insurance (life and fire) with the condition of the banker's clause
  • Willing to sign a credit agreement and APHT (Liability Charge Act)
  • Auto debit payment from the applicant's BCA account

Guarantee Document Requirements

  • Photocopy of Freehold Title/Cultivation Rights Title/ Strata Title
  • Photocopy of Building Permit
  • Photocopy of latest Property Tax (except for new property)
  • Photocopy of Deed of Sale and Purchase Land

Note :

After the Fix interest period ends, the interest rate that will apply is the floating interest, in which the interest rate will vary according to the current interest rate. Changes in interest rates will affect the amount of installments that must be paid.
