Autopay BCA

A solution for recurring bill payment without lifting a finger. You don’t have to go through the hassle to remember different due dates every month anymore, such as bills for electricity, phone, internet, insurance, or TV subscription.

Important Information

Definition

  • The name listed is not a company name, it must be under your own name
  • Autopay BCA feature does not apply to BCA VISA Singapore Airlines and Corporate Business Account (CBA) cards
  • The cut-off date to submit a request for the Autopay BCA registration falls on or before the 18th of the month, and then BCA will begin the processing and recording of service bills in the following month. If the registration request is made after the cut-off date, then BCA will begin the processing and recording of service bills in the next 2 (two) months
  • The registration request is submitted between the 1st and 14th of the month, BCA will begin the processing and recording of service bills in the current month. If the registration request is made between the 15th and 31st of the month, BCA will begin the processing and recording of service bills in the following month
  • The cut-off date to submit a request for the Autopay BCA cancellation falls on or before the 18th of the month, BCA will begin terminating the service bill in the following month. If the cancellation request is made after the cut-off date, BCA will begin terminating the service bill in the next 2 (two) months
  • If the cancelation request is submitted between the 1st and 14th of the month, BCA will begin terminating the service bill in the current month. If the cancelation request is made between the 15th and 31st of the month, BCA will begin terminating the service bill in the following month
  • If the cut-off dates above fall on holiday (Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays), the cut-off date advances 1 day to the previous business day 

General Provisions 

  • Valid for all types of BCA Credit Cards including supplementary cards, except for BCA Visa Singapore Airlines and Corporate Business Account (CBA) cards
  • Minimum credit limit of Rp3,000,000
  • The application for registration of Autopay BCA must be carried out by the main cardholder. Specifically for BCA Visa Corporate card, the registration application must be carried out by the PIC of the company 
  • If the registration is received by BCA before or on the 18th of the month, BCA will process and record each service bill in the following month. (Specifically for BPJS Kesehatan merchants, the cut-off date falls on the 14th of the month) if the registration is received by BCA after the 18th of the month, BCA will process and record each service bill in the next 2 (two) months. (Specifically for BPJS Kesehatan merchants, the cut-off date falls on the 14th of the month)
  • Cardholders hereby authorize BCA to automatically debit enrolled credit card account, and make the payables to service providers 
  • Bills enrolled in Autopay BCA are not under a company name 
  • BCA, at its sole discretion, can reject any application for Autopay facility
  • Administration fee for automatic payment of PLN is Rp5,000/transaction, Palyja is Rp3,000/transaction, AETRA Air Jakarta is Rp3,000/transaction, Telkom Group (Telkom/Flexy/Speedy/IndiHome) is Rp2,500/ transaction and BPJS Kesehatan for Rp2.500/debit (Fees may change at any time with notification to cardholders through any means determined by BCA) 
  • In the event of any failure in making the auto-debit, BCA has the right to debit any other active and enrolled BCA credit cards
  • The amount of Autopay Bill is determined by the service provider. If there is a discrepancy between the Autopay Bill and the bill payable, Cardholder shall contact the service provider.
  • BCA is not responsible for double bill payments caused by Cardholder errors
  • If the subscription is no longer active, Cardholder is required to notify PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. via Halo BCA 1500888. If such notification fails to be made, Autopay BCA will remain active and BCA is not responsible for any and all transactions that occur
