Risk Information Halo BCA Mobile App

  • There is a risk of data misuse if the Transaction Password and/or PIN is known by someone other than the customer.
  • If there is a system disruption at BCA, the Halo BCA Mobile Application service will be temporarily inaccessible to customers.

Halo BCA Mobile Application Requirements and Procedures

  • Have downloaded the Halo BCA Mobile Application through the Play Store or App Store.
  • Have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the applicable application.
  • Registered users who already have or have registered BCA ID through various BCA ID e-channels can use the application by logging in using BCA ID and BCA ID Password.
  • Customers can register or log in as a Guest to use the application.
  • Customers who can register are customers who have an active e-banking account number and mobile number.

Additional information on Halo BCA Mobile App

  • Secure the Halo BCA Mobile Application using a password and Transaction PIN.
  • Closing access to the application can be done by deleting the BCA ID (for customers who have registered) and can delete the application from the mobile phone.
  • The Bank reserves the right to change the benefits, costs, risks, and terms and conditions of this product and/or service which will be notified by BCA in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable regulations. The notification will be informed at the latest 30 working days before the effective date of the changes.

Credit charges for SMS Provisioning when the customer registers and activates BCA ID, First Time Login, User selects the login method "Login with another BCA ID" and Reset Password on the Halo BCA Mobile Application, in accordance with the applicable fee provisions of each provider.
