BCA Operational Schedule During the Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Pancasila Day 2025 Holidays and Collective Leave

Jakarta, 28 May 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is adjusting the operational schedule of its branch to celebrate the Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Pancasila Day 2025. This adjustment follows the public holiday and collective schedule set by the government for 29-30 May and 1 June 2025.

Here are the operational adjustments of BCA branch offices during the Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Pancasila Day 2025 holiday and collective leave:

Despite service adjustments at branch offices, customers can still rely on BCA's digital banking solutions that are available 24 hours. Various banking transactions can be done through the myBCA application, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, as well as the BCA ATM network which is widely spread throughout the country. All BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on Monday, June 2, 2025.

In the midst of the Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Pancasila Day 2025 holidays, BCA is committed to being ready to serve customers' transaction needs for 24 hours through digital services in the myBCA application, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and the BCA ATM network spread throughout Indonesia. We hope BCA’s wide range of services can support customers' financial needs, anytime and anywhere.”

During the holiday period, individuals can still open new accounts online through BCA mobile or myBCA applications. In addition, transactions such as payments via QRIS, Flazz top-ups, data package payments, and payments using the BCA Paylater feature in the myBCA application can still be made at any time.
