Jakarta, 26 November 2024 – In supporting the Election for Governors and Deputy Governors, Regents and Deputy Regents, as well as Mayors and Deputy Mayors 2024, all PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) branch offices will be closed on 27 November 2024. This adjustment aligns with the national holiday schedule established by the government, as stipulated in Presidential Decree No. 33 of 2024.
During this period, customers can continue to accessBCA banking services anytime and anywhere through the myBCA app, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATMs. BCA branch office services will operate normally on 28 November 2024.
BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja stated, “Banking from anywhere has become the standard in banking services today. Therefore, customers can still access BCA banking services 24 hours during the Regional Election 2024 holiday through our various digital channels. Especially for customers who need to open a new account during the Regional Election 2024 holiday, it can be done online via the myBCA and BCA mobile applications.”
BCA also reminds its customers to be careful against various fraud schemes that claim to represent BCA. Always keep your banking data confidential!
