Improving Service Excellence, BCA Opens Semarang Halo BCA Building

Semarang, October 18, 2021 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) consistency in providing service excellence continues to be improved through various national initiatives. As part of banking institutions in Indonesia, improving the quality of services and also the quality of Human Resources (HR) is an obligation that must be done. Observing these conditions, BCA opens the latest Halo BCA Building in Semarang, that will provide services to all BCA customers through contact center service.

“Our commitment to provide service excellence is always implemented through various initiatives and concrete actions. The relocation of the Halo BCA building is a form of our efforts to improve the comfort of employees so that they can support the improvement of the service quality in delivering information through contact center provided to BCA customers," said Wani Sabu, Executive Vice President Center of Digital BCA.

The latest Halo BCA building is located at Jl. RM Hadi Soebeno Sosrowardoyo, Kawasan Komersial No B6/7 Kedungpane, Mijen, Semarang, Central Java consisting of 4 floors and a rooftop with an area of 17,000 m2, this new building can accommodate up to 1,500 employees.

“By occupying new building, hopefully it will optimize the services provided to loyal BCA customers as well as prospective customers. We also hope to increase employee morale in order to achieve the company's vision and mission," concluded Wani Sabu, Executive Vice President Center of Digital BCA.
