BCA Earned Corporate Image Award for Excellent Reputation Management

Jakarta, 9 June 2016 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) was once again recognized for its excellent reputation management, thanks to its various banking products. This time, BCA was named The Best in Building and Managing Corporate Image in the National Bank with Assets Above Rp 250 trillion category. BCA Director Armand W. Hartono accepted the award in Jakarta (09/06).

“Banking transactions are the core of BCA business activities. We continue to strengthen our network and manage our reputation as one of the best transaction banks in Indonesia. Comfort, security, and top-notch banking transaction system is BCA’s main weapon in maintaining customer trust,” Armand explained.

This is not BCA’s first award. In 2014 and 2015, BCA received awards in the same category. Corporate Image Award is initiated by Majalah Tempo and Frontier Consulting Group, and is given to companies with the best reputation in their respective industries. The evaluation is based on an annual survey conducted by Frontier Consulting Group through face-to-face and telephone interviews of 3,525 middle-up executives, investors, journalists, and general public in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan.

The four main measurement parameters for Corporate Image Award are quality, which oversees customer care orientation, product/service quality, trust and innovation; responsibility, which includes environmental and social responsibility; performance, which encompasses company growth and management quality; and attractiveness, which refers to employees’ views of the company as a desired, ideal working environment. BCA consistently scored high in all four categories, resulting in the company’s win for the past three consecutive years.

“This achievement is BCA’s effort in maintaining and enhancing its reputation in front of its stakeholders. As a service provider, reputation and customer service is the main weapon to attract and manage customers. BCA will continue to maintain this reputation and improve its services for loyal BCA customers,” Armand concluded.
