Jakarta, 9 March 2017 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) BCA has recorded significant transaction growth and obtained both national and international recognition for the quality of its banking products and services. This time, the recognition comes from Markplus Insight and Marketeers through Indonesia WOW Brand for eight (8) BCA products and services.
These eight WOW Brand-awarded products and services include WOW Brand for Klik BCA, ATM BCA, m-BCA, Credit Card BCA, KPR BCA (House Financing), Halo BCA, Tahapan BCA, and Flazz. The awards for these products and services were received by Executive Vice President of Consumer Loan Business, Felicia M. Simon, Senior Vice President of Halo BCA, Wani Sabu, Vice President of Marketing Communication of BCA, Duardi Prihandiko, Vice President of Consumer Business of BCA, I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya, and Vice President of Marketing Communication of BCA, Susanti Nurmalawati in Jakarta, Thursday (9/3).

Indonesia WOW Brand Award is an award ceremony initiated by PT Markplus Indonesia (Markplus, Inc.). In determining the award recipients, a research involving 1,350 respondents has been conducted in Jakarta and its surrounding areas, Banda Aceh, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Padang, Bandung, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Manado, Denpasar, and Jayapura, to identify customer path based on Purchase Action Ratio (PAR) and Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR). The respondents have been randomly selected and surveyed by phone on the types of products/services that they used or purchased in the past month. They represent the upper middle class (SEC C minimum) in the age group of 20 – 50 years. Based on the respondents’ survey, Klik BCA, ATM BCA, m-BCA, Credit Card BCA, KPR BCA, Halo BCA, Tahapan BCA, and Flazz have earned the WOW Brand status.
Awards after awards that BCA received have not made the bank complacent. In celebration of its 60th anniversary, BCA has recently launched several innovative products, including the New Paspor BCA, eBranch BCA, Halo BCA Chat, Vira (Virtual Assistant Chat Banking BCA). Not only that, BCA also offers some great anniversary promos, including a special house financing program with 2-year fixed 6.0% eff. p.a, and 3-year capped 6.88% eff.p.a in the subsequent years, and car financing with 3,60% interest rate for 36-month credit period.
