Consistently Implementing Workers’ Social Security, BCA Won Paritrana Award 2018

Jakarta, 08 October 2018 – The Government awarded the Workers’ Social Security award to the Company related to the implementation of workers’ social security at the Paritrana Award 2018, the highest award given by the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the Employment Social Security Management Agency (BPJS TK). As one of the leading private banking companies in Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) received the award for its success and consistency in the implementation of workers’ social security.

Attending to receive the Paritrana Award 2018 was Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Lianawaty Suwono, Executive Vice President of Human Capital Management of BCA Hendra Tanumihardja, Senior Vice President of Human Capital Services of BCA Mawassary Burhan, submitted by Director of BPJS Employment Services Krishna Syarif, Jakarta BPJS Employment Deputy Director Ahmad Hafiz, Head of Jakarta Grogol BPJS Employment Andrey J. Tuamelly in Jakarta, Monday (08/10).

“The prestigious award, which involved the Regional Government (Pemda) and Companies in Indonesia, has challenged us and made us proud for the award we receive tonight in the category of big company,” said Lianawaty.

The selection stage for the recipient of the Paritrana Award has been conducted since Juni 2017. The Paritrana Awards that BCA received including a trophy of protection, a certification of appreciation, and a 250 gram of gold as a form of appreciation to companies that have successfully and consistently implemented workers’ social security. The winner assessment was based on the scope of participation, regulatory aspects, and best initiatives and directly assessed by an independent team consisting of Social Security Experts, Public Policy Experts, Academics, Representatives of Employers, Representatives of Workers and Employment BPJS.

Lianawaty added that everyone often idealizes a dynamic and challenging work environment. As today’s era is demaning more productivity, our job is to ensure that every individual has the same opportunity to continue to develop themselves as well as their careers. Not only that, BCA also continues to provide a solid guarantee to all employees to ensure a bright and sustainable future through BPJS Employement.
