Promoting HR Potential, BCA Supports Inspigo Platform

Jakarta, 4 September 2018 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is always committed to developing the potential of Human Resources (HR) through a variety of sustainable programs. BCA implemented its commitment by collaborating with Inspigo as an audio podcast platform that contains self-development skills, inspiring knowledge, and information.

BCA’s supports for the Inspigo was manifested in a program called Inspirasi untuk Nusantara, which was opened by Senior Vice President of Transaction Banking Business Development of BCA I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya. “Inspigo is one of the creations of the youth of our nation that has tremendous potential to form a positive impact through a unique digital platform where people can share experiences, suggestions, and tips that are wrapped in a communicative way, delivered by notable speakers. The podcast will become an alternative content that can be globally accessed anytime and anywhere through mobile apps,” explained Ketut. Also attending the program was CEO of Inspigo Tyo Guritno and Co-Founder of Inspigo Yoris Sebastian at Menara BCA, Jakarta, Tuesday (04/09). 

Inspigo is an application-based start-up media that provides podcast audio content on variius topics about inspiring science. Inspigo has collaborated with various communities and brands, including BCA. BCA is one of Inspigo’ partners that’s been working together since the beginning and shared the same commitment in terms of facilitating the potential development of the Indonesian generation.

Previously, BCA and Inspigo had successfully organized the Meet the Rockstars: Skills for 2020 on November 2017 and April 2018. Inspigo and BCA collaborated to promote skills needed in the face of the Industrial Revolution. The event invited Wishnutama, Ernest Prakasa, Alamanda Shantika, William Tanuwijaya, Dewi Gontha and Addie MS. In the future, Inspigo dan BCA will hold several partnerships such as Meet the Rockstars: Skills for 2020 vol.3, subscription promo is available using Sakuku and BCA Credit Card.

“An increase in Human Resources becomes important because within 10 years we will tap into the benefits of a demographic dividend, a momentum when the majority of the population are in the productive age. This demographic bonus can help realize the aspirations of turning Indonesia into the Top 10 strongest economies in the world by 2030. If we do not develop the skills and knowledge of this so-called demographic bonus, we will then lose the opportunity to create young leaders to lead the nation who are a problem solver and bring innovation and progress for the nation,” explained Tyo Guritno.

“The millennials generation today has a lot of positive potentials that encourages BCA to disseminate new useful insights while forming a new ecosystem and community, including through the Inspigo platform. We hope that with this collaboration we can contribute in honing soft skills of our younger generation in order to adapt to today’s growing era such as the commencement of the Insutrial 4.0 revolution in 2020,” Ketut concluded.
