Palembang, 24 March 2018 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) continues to support the improvement of human resource quality. This time, its commitment is demonstrated through a Leadership Training for students of Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI), which takes place on 24-25 March 2018.
Attending to open the training was Head of Human Resource Division of BCA Regional Office VI Angelina, Deputy Dean III of Sriwijaya University Sulkarnain, Saturday (24/03). The training, which was held on 24-25 March 2018, aimed at preparing select accomplished students from Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) to face today’s highly competitive working world.
Angelina said, “BCA sees that students need to learn about leadership, even when they’re still students, considering that they will soon become the future leaders. The training initiated by BCA is one of BCA’s efforts to provide value added to UNSRI students as well as building integrity that makes a great leader.”
“The program is an expression of BCA’s gratitude that has existed in Indonesian society for 61 years. It also also a form of BCA’s concerns of Indonesian younger generation that aimed to help the students to recognize and explore their potential that can be developed in pursuing career in the working world,” added Angelina.
To equip the students with the training, BCA had involved Qando Qoaching (QQ) as the facilitator of the leadership training. For two days, students will be provided with insights and motivations about building character through integrity as well as preparing them today for tomorrow workforce. A day earlier, the Bakti BCA scholarship grantees also attended a mentoring session that serves as a means of personal development through a sharing session with the management of BCA and also a means of interaction between the grantees.
