Providing Quality Products and Services for Customers, BCA Received Indonesia WOW Brand Award

Jakarta, 8 Maret 2018 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has once again earned a remarkable achievement for its continuous commitment  to providing the best banking solution products and services in addressing diverse customers’ needs in this rapidly growing era of information technology.  This time, these recognitions come from Markplus Insight and Marketeers through Indonesia WOW Brand for eight of itsproducts and services. BCA also won the Indonesia Branding Campaign of the YearforDigital category. 

The title of WOW Brand for the eight products and services of BCA including Internet Banking, ATM, E-Money, Mobile Banking, Credit Card, KPR, Call Center, and savings. The awards were submitted to Senior Vice President of Consumer Loan of BCA Welly Yandoko and Senior Vice President of Transaction Banking Business Development of BCA I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya in Jakarta, Thursday (8/3).

In order to create value added, we continue to encourage technological innovations so that our customers can experience fast and easy banking transactions while still prioritizing customer satisfaction, security, and convenience when performing a transaction,” explained Welly. 

Indonesia WOW Brand Award in an award initiated by PT Markplus Indonesia (Markplus, Inc.) that aims to give exposure to the latest branding phenomenon in Indonesia. In determining theaward recipients, a research has been conducted involving 5,800 respondents from Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Medan, and Makassar, to identify customer path based on Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR). 

The respondents were asked togive their opinions about select brands based on five categories, namely Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate. Based on the respondents’ assessments, it was conclusive that BCA’s Internet Banking, ATM, E-Money, Mobile Banking, Credit Card, KPR, Call Center, and Savings deserve to win the WOW Brand title. 

This year, BCA also won the Indonesia Branding Campaign of The Year awardfor Digital category as an appreciation for brands that registerappropriate marketing strategies. “In order to maintain brand equity in this digital era, BCA always promotes innovative digital banking services so that customers can experience a fast, easy, secure and convenient transaction. BCA is also committed to building a leading banking institution that excelled at settlement of payments and financial solutions for business entities and individuals as well as understanding the diverse needs of customers and providing the appropriate financial services to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.  It is an honor for us that theefforts and hard work of BCA’s family in realizing the mission had received appreciation from various parties,” Welly concluded.
