The Service Excellence Training is an inaugural Human Resource Development program organized by Bakti BCA in West Belitung Regency and attended by 30 administrators from five local communities, namely Juru Seberang Village, Bukit Peramun Village, Terong Village, Batu Bedil Village, and Sijuk Koale Village, as well as three other communities from the neighboring East Belitung Regency, including Cendil Village, Senyubuk Village, and Limbong Village.

This training is a continuation of a cooperative program between BCA, ITB 81 Foundation, and Belitung Island Geopark Management Board in developing capacity, training and assistance to the community in order to be able to provide world-class service. Previously, BCA has been continuously conducting development and empowerment activities for local communities in a number of Foster Villages.
