Effective October 4, 2024, customers who activate Forex Pocket (Poket Valas) will be able to request a passbook or obtain transaction statements for the Tahapan/Tahapan Gold passbook.
Customers who activated Forex Pocket (Poket Valas) before October 4, 2024, and wish to print their transaction statements* in the passbook, are advised to initiate a passbook replacement request at the nearest BCA Branch.
*Notes: Transaction statements that can be printed in the passbook are those debited from and/or credited to the Tahapan/Tahapan Gold Account that activates Forex Pocket.
