This GCG is based on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. GCG is conducted with reference to national and international practices, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, and the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard. GCG is also based on banking industry best practices.
