Jakarta, 12 September 2017 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has been vigorously working together with all operators of telecommunication service providers to fix recent connectivity issues that impacted approximately 5,700 ATM BCA scattered all across Indonesia. All ATM BCA that previously underwent network disruption has now back online and resume operations.
As the connectivity at all BCA ATMs has fully restored, the exemption policy of administrative fee for cash withdrawals at other bank’s ATMs is only valid until 11 September 2017.
President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja expressed his appreciation to all customers for trusting BCA. He also expressed his appreciation to BCA’s partners that had helped restore ATM BCA network connectivity so that all ATM BCA can resume provide services and work normally.
“We apologize for any inconvenience that our customers experienced during the recovery process. On this occasion, we would also thank all partners of telecommunication service providers for their quick act, so that the ATM network connectivity recovery process can run smoothly and unhindered,” Jahja concluded.
