Notice of LINE CONCERT 2019

Jakarta, 31 July 2019 – In regard to the cancellation of LINE CONCERT Bandung 2019 by LINE Indonesia, which was supposed to take place on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019, we would like to notify all BCA customers who had purchased the concert tickets to issue refunds to LINE Indonesia by following the ticket refund mechanisms that will be announced via LINE CONCERT website, LINE Concert Official Account, LINE Indonesia social media platforms, as well as email from loket.com, LINE CONCERT’s sales partner.

We sincerely apologize to our customers and other related party for the inconvenience.

Untuk pengguna Sakuku+, tim dari Loket.com akan menghubungi secara personal melalui email pengguna dan menanyakan akun preferensi untuk penerimaan uang pengembalian tiket.

For Sakuku+ users, Loket.com team will contact you personally through registered email and ask for preferred account to receive the refund.
7 Apakah saya harus menerima pengembalian uang tiket saya melalui rekening BCA saja? Apakah saya bisa menerimanya ke rekening bank lainnya?

Do I have to accept my refund only on BCA account? Can I receive it on another bank account?
Selain Sakuku+, uang pengembalian tiket akan dikembalikan ke rekening masing-masing yang dikonfirmasikan melalui tim Loket.com.

Except for Sakuku+ users, all the ticket refund would be refunded through buyers' account that already confirmed before.
