Forbes listed the Bank Central Asia at the top as the best bank in Indonesia. On its website, released on February 28th, 2019, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista, measure the best banks in 23 countries based on the service quality of financial institutions or banks across these respective countries.
Statista surveyed more than 40,000 customers around the world for their opinions on their current and former banking relationships. The banks were rated on overall satisfaction and key services that include trust, fees, digital services and financial advice.
The technology-based services are indeed the main because, according to Forbes, it has revolutionized the global banking market and created higher customer expectations on financial services.
