Important Information About KeyBCA Warranty
KeyBCA warranty period is 6(six) months since KeyBCA is connected to the service. The warranty only covers damage to the products that is not caused by customer negligence, such as battery drain, no text or error code shown on screen, unresponsive keypad, etc.
Whereas in case of any physical damage to the KeyBCA, including cracked or broken screen or casing, or the KeyBCA has been disassembled, and so on, such warranties cannot be claimed.
