BCA is committed to provide ease to all customers through its products, as seen in Sakuku app. Previously the Sakuku app offers transfer services to other Sakuku users, now there are other new features to make your life easier.
Yes, now you can use Sakuku to transfer from Sakuku to BCA account. The availability of this feature will certainly make it easier when you need to transfer fund to friends, family or make shopping payment via transfer, whenever and wherever you are.
The Transfer feature from Sakuku to BCA Account is here to complement other existing features once you have upgraded to Sakuku Plus. Starting from transfer to Sakuku, split bill, up to cash withdrawal at specified ATM BCA with Sakuku Cash Withdrawal/Non-Cash Transaction sign, with maximum withdrawal of Rp 1,250,000 per transaction.
To activate Sakuku Plus, you just need to ensure that the Sakuku app is in active mode and please perform one of the following options:
- Instant Offer for m-BCA users
For m-BCA and Sakuku users, registered under the same phone number, and active at least in the past month, you will be offered upon the first login to perform service upgrade to Sakuku Plus.
- Sakuku Plus Activation Menu
For Paspor/ATM BCA holders, you can access the Setting/Activation menu or by selecting Split Bill/Transfer/Cash Withdrawal menu on Sakuku app, you will be offered to perform Sakuku Plus activation.
- Go to Branch Offices
For other customers and non-customers, you can visit nearest BCA branch offices by bringing your ID (KTP).
