Owning a savings account is easier now with LAKU. Simply by registering an account with LAKU agent, saving your money is an easy task, without having the hassle of visiting a bank branch everytime you need to conduct a transaction.

The process is practical, easy, and safe with protection from OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your phone.

Product characteristics

  • LAKU card serves as proof of ownership
  • No administration fee
  • Interest rates applicable for account balance ≥ Rp 1
  • Transaction security includes PIN and / or OTP (One-Time Password)
  • Each customer is allocated one (1) LAKU account

LAKU service offers:

  • Balance information through SMS and LAKU agent
  • Transaction mutation through SMS and LAKU agent
  • Deposit through LAKU agent
  • Cash withdrawal through LAKU agent
  • Transfer between LAKU accounts* through LAKU agent
  • Mobile top up* through LAKU agent
  • Bill payment* through LAKU agent

What You Need to Know

To own a LAKU account, simply register to the nearest LAKU agent. Once registered, customers will be able to enjoy services, such as deposit and withdrawal, purchases*, and bill payment* all without monthly administration fees.

Registration procedure:

  • Visit a LAKU agent, fill in a registration form, and provide proof of identity. You will immediately receive a LAKU card.
  • Customers will receive a transaction receipt and SMS containing account number and PIN
  • Once approved, customers will be notified via SMS

Cash deposit procedure:

  • Visit a LAKU agent, insert LAKU card to Micro ATM, and enter the amount of deposit and PIN number
  • Customer will receive SMS containing an OTP code. Please enter the OTP code and press Next
  • Receipt will be printed and customer will receive an SMS confirming the deposit transaction

Cash withdrawal procedure:

  • Visit a LAKU agent, insert LAKU card to Micro ATM, and enter the amount of withdrawal and PIN number
  • Customer will receive SMS containing an OTP code. Please enter the OTP code and press Next
  • Receipt will be printed and customer will receive an SMS confirming the withdrawal transaction. LAKU agent will provide the withdrawal amount as recorded in the transaction.

Note: Deposit/withdrawal transactions before approval are limited to Rp 1 million

Cost per SMS depends on telecommunication provider used by customer. Customer is responsible for SMS fees.

To conduct transaction, simply visit the nearest agent. Additionally, customers can conduct transactions through SMS Banking:

  1. Access *141* and select LAKU. Choose the type of transaction you wish to perform (For Indosat, Telkomsel, and XL users only).
